I have owned my 6 resort deeds for over 20 years, and have always used it (between my self and family) until recently. We were unable to travel due to covid, then various life events got in the way of us being able to use. Since signing on with this company, we have sold 4 of our 6 and are using the other two to generate income. Although this has been a very successful venture with them up until this point, I would like to clear the air on some misconceptions I had coming on: 1. They only attempt contact for two days. My husband and I have missed a few offers because of the fact that we travel and stay in a cabin area, where there isn’t much service. We have found that notifying ROI prior to traveling has helped us tremendously. 2. If you don’t call the Member Services number or the Main number, you may have to wait a few days before someone gets back to you. We made the mistake of phoning the initial rep we signed on with in 2019, but since calling their main number on the BBB, we have had no issues. 3. Offers can be more or less than what the property is being marketed for. Although they have a general range of around the number that is being offered, we have learned that it is a variable number that can change. We have been open to any and all offers, but just something I have learned that I hope can help. Good luck
Have had a business relationship with this crew going on 6 years now; every year (minus covid) I have successfully been able to piece all of my points out to qualified renters. The best advice i will give is to always be negotiable. The amounts have always been high, but they send pretty much anything that they locate and i just pick the highest one. 6 years strong baby keep em coming!

For years I was frozen on the decision to sell in fear of making a second bad investment. (First one being the purchase of my timeshare).Today, the only decision I regret is not having used resort options sooner. The harsh reality is that buying AND selling a timeshare is not easy, but these guys definitely made it possible and realistic. I read a lot of the other reviews here prior to singing up and I’d have to say my experience was nothing shy of five stars. What I thought was going to be a dreadful process was simplified for me in a way that I always understood what was going on and more importantly than that, I’M FREE! If I had another timeshare, I would have no choice but to go through resort options again. I am more than relieved.
My job connected me with Michael at Resort Options International so I could get a resort stay for an upcoming conference. Once I gave him my dates and budget he presented a few options and price ranges and helped me coordinate a beautiful property overlooking the Las Vegas strip. I travel for work a lot so I certainly will be back for my next event!
