I have come here multiple times since this business opened up in Surprise. Mostly to purchase from their huge selection of balloons and at times having them delivered as well. Always having a great experience. Often times i find party accessories here that I never thought of. Great place to come check out just to see what all they have.
I came in last night right before closing and purchased a couple of items. I asked if I could try the pants on before I left the store and the girl who helped me her name was Autumn said no. I then asked her if I would be able to return them if they didn’t fit and she told me yes I could bring them back. I went straight home. Tried them on they did not fit and came to drop them off this morning and returned them and was denied. I tried to get in contact with the owner. The staff was very rude. When I went in there today I was helped by a gentleman who then referred me to a manager name sadie and when I asked for information on how to contact management she said you’ll have to try to come back tomorrow. I am very disappointed that I’m stuck with a pair of pants that don’t even fit me that cost me over $30 to buy I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting my bank. I will also never refer anybody to this company again. Nor will I ever come back to shop, and I have sent plenty of people to the store for business and we will start shopping elsewhere.
This store is hands down the best party supply store I have ever been to. They have every theme you can think of from baby shower to sports, casino to Hawaiian theme and everything in between. The prices are unbelievable and unbeatable. Customer service was amazing. Never going anywhere else but here!❤️
We love Party Planet! They have a very big selection of themed decor, solid Party supplies, balloons, and random gift items. Balloons are where they truly shine, no pun intended. They make some really attractive and relatively affordable arrangements. The tabletop arrangements are a great bargain because the middle balloon can be changed out and the base balloons are filled with air and can be reinflated to use almost indefinitely. We still end up buying new balloons and decor for other birthday themes here though. Staff are friendly and helpful. I bought some balloons online that I asked them to fill and apparently for large mylar balloons (40" numbers) they charge $5.25 each for helium. I had not factored this into my budget. I thought they charged 99c. That's only for standard latex balloons. Smaller mylar they charged $1.19 each to fill ones you bring in. The balloons they sell behind the balloon counter include helium in the price. I'll be selecting balloons directly from them for now on!
I've been here several times and the service and recommdations have always been topnotch! Love supporting our local small business owners! They also give back to our community! Definable recommended going through them for your important celebrations!
