It has been a great experience for my daughter and our whole family. The teachers are beyond amazing, caring and professional. Karina and Alejandro are always very helpful, kind and personable. I highly recommend this academy. I can’t say enough great things!!They are like family!
My son had drums lessons at Parkland Music Academy. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and we have the flexibility to change the schedule whenever needed. I'd recommend it to anyone. Special thanks to Mr. Jesus.
Horrible customer service. I had a bad experience and don't recommend it to anyone. First, teachers change often, and classes are very short, which makes it confusing for kids to follow, and the whole learning experience becomes very minimal, with no quality learning time. I wanted to cancel my plan 3 weeks before the end of the month. I called on the phone, saying that I would have a busy work schedule and could not bring my son to classes anymore and wanted to cancel my plan. The front desk employee said she would send me the cancellation form, but never did. I couldn't be there for many classes, and when I went there last time, they said you should have cancelled that before the 19th of the month. I talked to them many times, with no result. They basically want to charge money for nothing. It's all unethical; if people want to cancel, just let them cancel the plan.
Great place, friendly environment for kids to learn music. Easy to enrol and schedule classes, wonderful and helpful staff. Happy we met PIMA family :)
My son has been learning guitar at the school since May. He is progressing very well with his current instructor, Diego. He is learning so much with each session while having fun. I love seeing him grab his guitar at home and just having fun playing. Diego keeps his interest and motivation high. This has been a very positive experience!
