They had booked the wrong time and were planning on arriving right as the party was ending. After 2 phone calls they said they were on there way and arrived 35 minutes late to set up. We didn’t get the full hour we paid for if you include the set up time. I was told at least 3 people would be there for balloon animals and face painting. Only 2 were there. Rose the face painter was okay but I was disappointed with the balloon artist. He made a basic balloon for all the kids and if they asked for something simple, like a sword, he would ignore them repeatedly until I said something and then he still made them wait! I thought kids would get to request their own balloon animals but that wasn’t the case. I would NOT recommend this company in the future.
I experienced your style of service , As a guest. I was appalled at the rush in how you half assed set up the background for pictures and kept looking at your watch eager to leave. Now that I have read others comments I see that you like to argue and threaten customers with lawsuits. So now it's your turn to be educated.....Florida makes it a crime to intercept or record a "wire, oral, or electronic communication" in Florida, unless all parties to the communication consent. I was a member at the private party and didn't authorize your recording. FL statute 934.28. I don't encourage you to threaten me with a lawsuit for stating facts. You folks think all your technology will save you but it has bitten you this time.
I wish to give them zero star. this company is rip off . Be careful if you book them they are layer. Read and read and read your invoice every time they send it to you.They always add items you didn't talk to them about it and then they charge you at the end and say we sent it in the contract .
I would recommend this company to everyone , the employees were friendly they were patient , they work well with children , the artist was magnificent who did the facepainting , the animated balloon characters was awesome , they were very reasonable with their prices I enjoyed them tremendously looking forward to hiring them for another event 😃😃👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I had a wonderful experience with Orlando fun face!!! Excellent Customer service!!! Face painting etc would recommend Everyone to use orlando fun face🙂
