Despite my location halfway across the world, their accommodating and responsive team was able to arrange for same-day service for my daughter. The convenience of communicating my needs via text and their secure remote payment option made the experience stress-free. My daughter and her mom were pleased with the results and the quality service she received from Keisha or Allre. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is extremely unprofessional and a scam. Amelia rescheduled my appointment two times because she supposedly had to drop her daughter off at the airport. She moved it from 10:15 to 12:30 to 5:00. Once we arrived at 5:00 the lady said Amelia is not coming. We tried calling her to ask we’re she was but she never answered her phone nor text. We asked for a refund of the $50.70 deposit that we gave and now they are not answering our phone calls. I was supposed to get my hair on on July 27, 2021 it is now July 30th 2021 and I never got my hair done and never got my deposit back.
Rose G was my loctician & she was the absolute best! I have NEVER been to a salon in my adult life & because of this visit I will go more often. She remembered exactly who I was from 1 consultation a month prior & treated me like family. The aura was so relaxing, warm, & welcoming. I would highly recommend Mahogany to any & everyone 💕 ..
Kashmear was awesome! She really cares about the healthiness of your hair. I told her about my experiences with another salon how I haven’t had my hair straightened in over two years. She did an excellent job! I love the way my hair turned out.
Rose is a sweetheart. She takes her time to get to know your hair and you. She give recommendations based your lifestyle and ability to maintain your crown. My hubby and I started our loc journey with her and will go to no one else but Rose!! We ❤❤❤ her!! Out hair has grown and is soo healthy thanks Rose.
