We have been here multiple times and have usually had a good experience. The theater is clean, the reclining chairs are very nice, and they have the option to bring you food that you order. It would be nice to be able to order on your phone while in the theater. Prices are comparable to other theaters, at the highly inflated movie theater prices. The only main complaint is that the technology isn't that great for buying tickets. The ticket machines don't work well; also, if you buy tickets online, you still need to go to the concessions to get the physical ticket. It's rather old fashioned regarding the ticketing.
Omg ! Best theater I've ever been to. The movies experience was just amazing. The adjustable seats recline to where it's like lying in your bed with heat adjustment. The screen is huge and the sound system is the best I've experienced. The food was yummy with a wide selection of food which in my opinion was very good. For a family of 5 it came to $190 but my kids throughly enjoyed the experience. This is officially my go to movie theater from here on out.
Always a nice time at Reel here in Lancaster. Full reclining large sofa like seats that are heated. Not really any bad seats except for maybe the front row. Also, the handicapped row is the main walkway, so you may have people walking through during the movie. Food is also delivered to the seats, making it a full service theater. I know that others have commented about the cost, but there is always what they call "tightwad tuesday" with half priced tickets.
So this was an interesting experience. I would say the drinks are good, the food is decently priced however, it may say dining but it is not a dining experience. The seats are kinda small and the try for your food goes in the cup holder… and then it’s all elbows into your neighbor, plus they are too tall for kids. Almost every stall In the ladies room was out of paper after the movie. It was nothing like a movie tavern, but also not a regular run of the mill theater, it’s something in between. Note when you put your footrest up, if someone needs to get by to go to the bathroom or whatever the need is, there is like not a lot of room to walk through. As if the space should have less, more comfortable seating. Not well kept or clean.
The seats were great. The sound was great. We were 10 minutes late to our showing and the doors were locked! It’s like they did not want customers. It made me feel unwanted. Maybe this theater had a no late entry policy? Anyways, I will go back but please rethink how you great all guests. I don’t want to feel like I am bothering you by visiting your establishment.
