I brought my cat in for a spay, and I was very impressed with them. The facility is immaculate, and when I brought my cat in they were very friendly to her and snuggled her. During the pre exam they noticed she had some inner ear boogies and said they’d check it out during her surgery and they did and actually cleaned out the gunk for me and assured me it wasn’t due to mites etc. I will recommend them to everybody. Plus they have those cute little medication bags. Absolutely incredible and my cat was very comfortable with them
So thankful for Niki’s Place! I recently took my 2 senior dogs to get their dental exams done at Niki’s because they are not as costly as my regular vet and Niki’s Place could see my dogs sooner than the vet could. For the dental exam (with a senior dog) Niki’s Place asked for proof of rabies and they said the dogs would need blood work done since they were seniors. They gave me a reminder call the day before the dental cleaning and went over the food/water instructions which made me feel better. Upon arrival, I filled out paperwork before the appointment and then the vet did a thorough exam. The vet called me before doing any extractions and explained the necessary procedure and gave me the estimate. The whole dental cleaning seemed to take a short time and the dogs were alert and ready to pick up by early afternoon. The staff is very attentive, organized and they are always pleasant to talk to. The facility is very clean. Everyone there seemed upbeat and they were patient and understanding with me and my dog. I left with documentation, aftercare instructions, and medicine. They explained the medicine and dosages to me thoroughly. Both of my senior dogs recovered nicely and without issues. I am very grateful for Niki’s Place and I highly recommend them. Thanks again for taking such good care of my dogs!
Wow! If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would do that! Our groomer recommended Niki's Place as somewhere we could get our dog's teeth cleaned, that might be a less expensive option than our regular vet. I was able to get her in for a dental appointment just one week after I called! (Our vet couldn't get her in for three months.) And the cost was $200 less than the vet quoted. The check in process and pre-exam were easy, but plan to spend about an hour with that (which they let you know when you set the appointment). Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, really putting us at ease about leaving our pup. Information given was the same from person to person, and all the info was supplied right up front - no surprises or contradictions. Jazzy had just a simple cleaning, and she was done and ready to go home in barely three hours. Pick up was streamlined, so we spent only a few minutes getting her. This place is quite a drive for us, but so worth it!
Excellent first experience, will absolutely bring my dogs back for more. I was looking for a more affordable option for my dogs dental extractions and Niki's Place did not disappoint. Check-in was very quick, lobby space was big and clean. Wait time was next to nothing. Spoke with a vet tech and the actual vet before the cleaning/extractions and they had my dog all done and back in my arms in less than 5 hours.
This place is so great! I took my 9 yo dog baby in for a dental and I'm super impressed! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, booking was within a week, great location, and it cost only 1/3 of what my vet quoted me (including take home meds). What a blessing to have Niki's Place available for low cost services.
