AMAZING! Ordering with Nikki was seamless and her customer service was very professional and helpful. Ordering online was a breeze and picking up was easiest! I ordered a red velvet cheesecake 6” for a birthday party, and it was a hit! Everyone at the party asked who’s the baker and I referred Nikki to all the guests! The texture was smooth, taste was A1 it taste heavenly. I wish Nikki great success in her business because she’s fabulous at what she does and will definitely be ordering from her again! :)
Amazing product, the red velvet is exactly the way it should be, moist and fluffy…. And their cheesecake is just at the right balance, not too sweet and not flavorless…. It’s amazing! Everything made from scratch can’t go wrong.
I work at uhaul where I met the owner of Nikkielouise and he was telling me about the cheesecake and offered to bring me some. I was not expecting cupcakes and I definitely was not expecting them to blow my mind. I love sweets and all things cake but these definitely blow most of what I had out of the water. They are the perfect amount of sweet and soft but not so soft you can’t hold them. The breading leaves an amazing aftertaste and the frosting is super fluffy but didn’t make a mess. 10/10 will be placing some orders for upcoming party’s and sweet tooth cravings!!!
These sweet treats are absolutely DANGEROUS!! Taking one bite leaves you wanting to buy out their entire inventory. I bought the cheesecake cupcake and sampled the carrot cake. PLACE YOUR ORDERS!
For about 15 years I’ve been looking for a specific carrot cake taste that my late grandmother used to make us every time we’d go visit her in Brooklyn. It was the most delicious cake ever made with love. Today almost 1500 miles away from home I found that taste!!! Thank you Nikki Elouise for the wonderful taste of your treats! I can’t wait to bring these home to my family! I highly recommend everyone reading this to try these treats!!!
