Poor communication, gave my reservation away without providing instructions for payment. At every point something felt off about the operation. I had a difficult person who needed finesse in getting called/driven into the city to meet me and just called Maryland Black Car after I waited over an hour to hear back if they could meet my originally requested time and was instantly comfortable - I knew I was dealing with professionals from the drop. Went without a snag and the rider loved the experience. Call them instead - you'll pay more but you can be at ease.
Great Service! I'm going to describe Next Destination using three P's; punctual, professional and personable. We have recently used Next Destination for runs to/from BWI, Marion and all the drivers are always there on time to pick you up, the vehicles are very comfortable and spotless, and drivers are very friendly. From making the reservation to drop off at the airport or back home, the entire process is very smooth and communication is always very prompt. We'll continue to use Next Destination for all our airport runs to and from home.
The service was outstanding! Excellent communication from initial reservation with Marion to day-of travel confirmation texts. Very safe and comfortable ride to BWI Airport, and my driver, Ryan, was a pleasure - super personable and helpful. He was there the moment I messaged him, and the vehicle was immaculate. I will definitely book with Next Destination Transportation again!

This is a long overdue review. My apologies to Marion and his staff as I meant to post this sooner! Every July, my family and friends from California attend an annual martial arts tournament in the Baltimore area. Many of us rent cars for transportation over the weekend, but with the rising car rental prices, we opted to use a private transportation company for airport transfers to and from BWI airport and our hotel in Hunt Valley the past two years. This past July, our group used Next Destination Transportation for our transportation needs, and we were thoroughly impressed. Marion, the owner, was professional and patience with my all of my communications (phone & emails) to him for booking our group and subsequent follow up questions. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the transportation quote which was very reasonable compared to other companies servicing the same area. On the day of our arrival into BWI, our pick up was on time and seamless. The sprinter van used for our group pick was in terrific condition and very clean. Our driver was so helpful, personable, and friendly. Just a great experience from the very moment we met. He also had water bottles waiting for us in the van and made sure we were all comfortable, making our ride to the hotel really enjoyable and relaxing after a long flight. Our return trip from our hotel back to BWI was with Marion and a new staff member who was in training. Both Marion and his new staff member (sorry I forgot her name!) were a pleasure to meet. They arrived at our hotel early and made sure all of our luggage was loaded on the van without any worries on our end. The ride back to BWI was easy, and it was lovely to talk with Marion and his new staff member as if we were all old friends. So refreshing to work with a business that is not only professional and detail oriented, but also down-to-earth and comprised of just good people in and of themselves. Next Destination Transportation is terrific, and I highly recommend them for your private transportation needs. I just wish they were in our area of California so we could use them more often.
