My grandson has been saving his money to buy a snare drum. From the moment we walked into the store, he was like a kid in a candy store! (You could not have wiped the smile off his face if you tried!!) The young man that helped us was totally amazing and answered every single question that my grandson asked or we asked him. He advised him what to get, how each one would sound and why. He went over how to put it in the bag to transport it and keep it safe and overall care of it . I would highly recommend Shenandoah Music to every single person that is looking for an instrument of any kind! (I even bought a great piano book for myself!!)
The staff at Shenandoah Music is just fantastic. They always make you feel so welcomed and have been so informative and supportive of my 15 year old grandson who is passionate about guitar. Because of this we always return here to make his musical purchases!
Jennifer is fantastic and very knowledgeable. She was able to get me hooked onto the first acoustic she recommended. The store has a decent selection of gear. No Pre-owned stuff as far as I can tell but a good selection nevertheless.
Me and my son stopped in to check the place out. The girl working the desk was absolutely awesome. She really loved her job or was just a great people person. She gave us a tour of the shop and was very helpful. My son, the drummer was very impressed. It's a clean store. Friendly atmosphere. Great first impressions of this store. A++ to that girl that helped us.
Best music store around. Folks are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just downright good people. Prices are fair, service is excellent. Definitely my go to!
