I enjoyed my entire experience! I met Her at an expo where I purchased the most comfortable lounge set. Great quality! I went to get a facial soon after and she did not disappoint! Needless to say…. I will be back! I don't live in south Florida, but I will make sure when I return I will Be returning. Great customer service. The young lady at the reception desk was amazing as well. Loved my experience and can’t wait to return!
I found this place on ClassPass and I'm so glad I did. Tahiris is down-to-earth with a great sense of humor, and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. I enjoyed the facial (even with extractions) and by the time she was done with me, my skin looked better than it's ever looked before. She even went above and beyond and treated a breakout I had on my back. I will definitely be coming back here. The space feels clean and cozy as well.
I unfortunately didn't receive any services this time but, my sister got a Brazilian and said it was great. I can tell you the customer service was great, the building is beautiful and the space for those that are waiting is fantastic. Next time I need a facial, I'll pop in.
One of the best spas I’ve been to in a long time! They offer a wonderful membership option for a very affordable price! As a member you not only get to enjoy spa services but they throw monthly events member events! Can’t wait to go back!
This is my go-to spa for everything. I got my first service at Melanated Beauty Spa in April 2022 and every time I go back for a service, the experience is incredible. The vibe of the spa is soulful and warm, the staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and soo sweet, the facility itself is gorgeous, spacious and immaculately clean, the products are great and the merch is super cute. I gifted my mother a body scrub service for her birthday and now Melanated Beauty Spa is the only spa she'll go to. She loved it there. It's very rare to find a good spa yet alone a black owned Spa in Miami that's simultaneously luxurious and down to earth. This spot is a must-try!
