Absolutely amazing! I rented their bounce house for my son’s second birthday and they were absolutely wonderful. The bounce house was great, clean and the service was the best- great correspondence! They even set up early! Highly, highly recommend. We will definitely be using Medallion Party Rentals again they were a big hit.
I would definitely recommend renting from Medallion Rentals! They were prompt and pleasant to work with. They were professional, and their bounce house/water slide combo was very clean. I was very impressed with the owners and how quickly they set up / tore down. My kids had a blast!!! Thanks Medallion Rentals 😊
I used to think they were great but I reserved on a holiday when I had a lot of kids coming and I had confirmation and everything they never returned phone calls or emails or deposit Very disappointed kids were to. don’t waste your money
At first I was a little nervous to go with this company only because it didn’t have any reviews so let me be the first review . I came across them looking for a party tent and every other rental company wanted $300 plus and even more for side walls which I thought was absurd ! This was the best price I could find for a tent and the tent was amazingly put together and sturdy for the price . Because they didn’t have any reviews I didn’t rent any other equipment because I was nervous it wouldn’t come through , but I definitely would be using them for every party in the future and telling all family and friends about them ! & also they were very punctual , polite, &professional. Also at last minute I realized we forgot the generator and I called them to ask if they can bring one , 30 min later they were back out with a generator to save the day ! Not only that , the party was so off schedule due to unforeseen circumstances and when they came to get the equipment @ the original time I asked for an extra 2 hours and they were completely understanding , left and came back 2 hours later to give us that extra time . Pleasant experience over all .
