Julia is fabulous, she listens to your issues and addresses them extremely well. She is professional, courteous, a very talented massage therapist, and the setting is lovely. She uses a variety of means to ensure relaxation. She also gives advice for doing exercises at home to help specific issues. Excellent massage, I’ll definitely keep going back!

I went in for a 90 minute Swedish Massage today and had Julia as my therapist. I have been here several times before and had Judy both times. First off, both of these ladies are excellent. I came the first time because my regular therapist was taking a lot of time off over the summer and I couldn't get in. I came the second and third because they are very good at what they do. They will adjust the pressure to your liking, let them know. The first time I went for a deep tissue 'walk the back' massage and quickly realized that I like lighter pressure. So the next two massages were Swedish with medium pressure and they were perfect. I usually go monthly, but due to a new work out program that is kicking my behind, I may start going every 2 weeks. It was my first time at Massage Pros and I went for a lymphatic drainage massage. My masseuse was phenomenal and really knew how to perform this type of massage and addressed my issues from a prior surgery. It was a great 90 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Hi Julia, I recently returned to this massage parlor after having an excellent experience previously. However, my latest visit did not meet the same standard. Last time, I had a wonderful 30-minute massage from Tina, which left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. I was so satisfied with the service that I left a $15 tip. However, during my most recent visit, I had a very different experience. Unfortunately, I got seriously hurt during the session. I was disappointed that the masseuse seemed aware of the discomfort but did not adjust the treatment accordingly. I had expected the same level of professional care I received during my previous visit. Upon checkout, I paid the full amount for the service but tipped less due to my unsatisfactory experience. The manager at the front desk, rather than taking the opportunity to inquire about my less than satisfied demeanor, acted incredibly rude and disrespectful. This reaction was surprising and unprofessional, given the situation. I am writing this review in the hopes that the management takes it as constructive feedback. The quality of service should be consistent, and every client's comfort should be a top priority. Moreover, all staff, including management, should maintain a level of professionalism and respect for all clients, irrespective of how much they tip. I was extremely pleased with my first visit but, based on this experience, I am hesitant to return or recommend the parlor to others. I hope improvements can be made to ensure future clients don't have the same disappointing experience. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars
