I had Kharyzma as my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I have a horrible back so to get a little relief is amazing. She definitely knew what she was doing. She has great customer service has well.
Ana was my therapist and the massage was decent but it wasn't the deep tissue massage I scheduled. I scheduled a 1 hour deep tissue massage with Devin. I received a text saying my appointment changed to staff. I called to find out what the change was and reached voice-mail so I left a message. I showed up for the appointment because I still had heard back from them. I was told by Ana upon arrival that Devin had an emergency and the owner switched my therapist to her. She stated she was capable of doing the massage. I asked 3 different times for more pressure and was finally told that she was doing her best and had a really hard day with no breaks or lunch. Then upon checkout she was charging me for taxes I paid when I purchased gift certificates because the previous management didn't keep records of transactions and was fired. Overall it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. I'm very torn because I want to continue getting massage from Devin but am not thrilled about coming back here. The response says it all. Again offering to reschedule after I had already traveled there wasn't very professional, neither was saying she was capable of. $49 deep tissue massage when she had a long day without breaks or food wasn't very professional either. It is definitely worth it to pay 60 per hour at a location I know I will be treated well and not double charged taxes.
I had a massage done here with karizma (sorry if I messed the spelling up) not only was it one of the best massages I've ever received but her technique and experience blew my mind. She manipulated my bodies in ways to get deep into spaces that were extremely painful. She stayed 100% professional through the entire massage and a couple hours after I was extremely loose and felt like a million bucks. And to top it all off it was only $59 bucks! The office was a spotless and smelled amazing. Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had at a massage parlor. I will definitely be back!!!!
Had an amazing mother daughter spa day experience with Sean and Devin. Spa was very clean and comfortable (heated beds and soft blankets :) ), smelled very nice, and was so relaxing overall! I got the passes off Groupon, so I saved a lot of money, but the spa is worth every penny. They made us very comfortable and took everything with said with care. Top notch experience can't wait to go back. Thank you!
One of the worst. I Scheduled deep tissue massage over the phone and the girl said “… will be great for deep tissue.” I arrive, the girl asks what pressure I want and said “if you need deep tissue, I’ll have to use a massage gun.” I said I definitely want deep tissue (even though I have a massage gun at home.) She steps out then returns and said “oh I can just do the deep tissue.” Then gives a terrible massage. I said I would prefer more pressure in the beginning, then she never asked how the pressure was again. She barely touched my back, mostly sitting down rubbing my feet and head. Then says “eh, I probably needed the massage gun anyway.” After looking at the owners response on previous reviews, obviously they’re okay with trash quality and justify it by saying they offer a $49 - 60 minute deep tissue that you supposedly can’t find at their competitors.
