First time here yesterday and they did not disappoint! Clean, organized environment. Friendly stylists. I was done with my long 2 strand twists in under 3 hrs and it looks gorgeous. Aaron did an excellent job! It was certainly worth the drive for me.
This was my first time going to Loc Luster and I am so glad that I did. I found them from a stranger's recommendation. I got a detox and wash and retwist. The customer service was A+. Although it was my first time, they treated me like an old friend while still being professional. While doing my hair, they gave tips on how to better maintain it in between salon visits. They started on time and I was done in under four hours. I'll definitely be going back.
First time coming to this shop, but not a new customer. If you want your scalp washed good and your hair loved on, this place is it... The professionalism, the shop is clean great music. The vibe is everything
I had two-strand twists done on 06/23/2022. The shop was nice and clean. All three stylists in the shop were personable and accommodating. Star was the stylist who did my hair. From the shampoo/conditioning to the styling, she was gentle and caring. Karin, the owner, was very knowledgeable and professional. Karin patiently discussed coloring and offered information about my particular situation/work/lifestyle. I plan on returning when the time for restyling. I also fully intend on bringing my mother here next time she is in town visiting. I highly recommend it to anyone with natural hair or locs.
The experience is unsurpassed! Very professional and always courteous. The atmosphere is relaxing and entertaining. Karin is the greatest and very knowledgeable about her craft. She makes one feel appreciated and welcome. I enjoy my experience every time!!
