The first time I had a bad experience with the owner I suppose Linda Burgess was last year. I gave her the travel itinerary for my church and she said give her a few days. Ms Burgess never called me back after 2 weeks I called again and was told she wasn’t in unti 12:00pm and she would return my call... never received a call back! The second time most recently this year, I tried again after being told by a personal friend of hers that she was dealing with the death of a close friend last year. Well... After speaking with Ms a Burgess over 6 weeks ago and still no call back from her it’s a wrap! I just don’t get it... smh
My mom, aunt, uncle and I went on the Rocky Mountaineer tour through the Canadian Rockies. Teresa Fons and Christine Sinagoga took care of every detail with Brewster Travel in conjunction with Rocky Mountaineer. My mom is dependent on an oxygen concentrator due to COPD. The ladies at the World of Travel made sure that my mom had reserve seating at the front of the bus (Brewster Travel) for easy embarkment and disembarkment. Luggage handling and mobility limitations were not an issue at any point of the trip. Teresa and Christine looked at every step of the trip through the lens of my mother's health needs, troubleshooting any possible problems before they could arise. Thank you ladies for a wonderful trip.
