I am so disappointed that my child’s school went with this company to take senior portraits. I paid $70 upfront and as a sitting fee to treat my child to photos of themself as a gift towards entering in their senior year. Then I come to find that in order to purchase the photos taken, Legacy charges a ridiculous amount of money! Their cheapest package is $259 or you can buy individual sheets for $79 each! That does not include their $15 shipping fee or their $15 touch up fee! I am outraged seeing these prices!! As a parent, I sucked it up, and gave in after luckily locating a coupon but I am still paying over $250! Schools do better with your selection in photographers! This company is NOT the way to go!
My daughter's school always goes with Legacy Studios. I dont understand why. Their quality of taking pictures is WORST. My 5 year old takes better pictures than them. On top of it their prices are extra ordinary. DO not recommend. Sincere advice to schools NOT to go with this studios for kids portraits.
Price gouging at its finest. Schools please do not hire this company again, they are ripping parents off. Please go back to LifeTouch , far better company for quality and price. Parents should be able to customize their packages not just after they spend $89. 😣
Quinton and Carter were awesome at the studio! The images we had done at the school were horrible. My son was squinting ao much you couldn't see his eyes at all and only had a half smile because the lights were too bright and aimed directly at his eyes. So we rescheduled for the studio for my son's yearbook photo. The images were so much better and the photographers were very friendly and professional.
I would give worst, but unfortunately google doesn’t carry negative reviews. My school picture made me fifty shades darker and it doesn’t even look like me. This absolutely monstrosity of a “studio” needs to be ended because of what a bad job they do. In all my years of school, I’ve never seen such a bad job in taking a simple photo. I hope one of your members sees this and does something about it, because even a toddler could take a better picture.
