My new favorite spa to go to. I very much enjoy the treatments and detox teas. Treatments feel like a massage but you leave a few inches smaller. I loved it so much that I purchased her body sculpting course. The online course is super informational and detailed. I like that you can study on your own time. Super recommended!!
Keiras waist trainers are the best, it sucks everything in and gives you a nice shape. I seen results after 2 days. Its very sturdy & really helps with my posture too. I love it !
