I never write a review but let me say I just started this extension journey of mine. Let me say JESSICA is absolutely a charm. She really is the sweetest! She has helped me going in with absolutely NO idea of what to purchase but gave me different ideas. All employees are sweet and willing to help. The store has an amazing selection and is super clean. DONT SLEEP!
On the evening of October 3, 2023, my three daughters were Racially Discriminated Against, I sent my three daughters ages 12, 13, and 17 into the store for some products. My daughters were looking at the wigs the 12 and 13 year old while my 17 year old was finishing the shopping. My 13 year old touched a wig and was asked not to do that. The wig consultant called the manager Michael and he became very aggressive with all three of my daughters and proceeded to ask them to leave the store after they paid for their items and they did. Michael’s behavior towards my daughters was so aggressive that my 13 year old came to the car crying. I have been a customer of this store for a year in half and all of the managers and staff prior to Michael have been very helpful, so I was surprised this happened. I then proceeded to enter the store to communicate with Michael as the manager to see what happened, he was very loud and screaming at me before I could get an understanding of what happened. He then proceeded to call the police instead of having an effective conversation about what happened while my daughters were in the store. We were 4 African American individuals approached and screamed at by this white male for no justifying reasons. I am reporting this now to the owners of Kaysi in hopes that this manager will be removed or is trained to have better communication with his non white customers.
I was driving by and saw this store. I needed items for my birthday celebration. I loved the very friendly atmosphere. No one did NOT follow me around in the store which is so annoying when you go into most beauty supply stores. There were lots of beauty items to choose from in this humongous store. Everyone was so helpful. The Manager Michael, was very nice & patient. He rung me up at the register & gave me a discount for my birthday. This is another added store on my list to buy my beauty supplies. Thank you Michael for being so great. Your customer service is awesome!!!!!
Customer service was great. We didn't know what to get with so many options, but the employee helping went through all the options and took the time to explain the differences. Great experience.
I love this establishment!! I have been coming here for over the past 3 years but I have got to say my most recent visit which was yesterday 9/19/23 was my absolute favorite visit thus far! 🙌 it was my first time meeting Michael and he was absolutely divine hands down my best experience EVER!! 🤗he gave his input on my idea and made some very helpful suggestions! He walked me around and helped me find everything I needed to reach my goal! He was very upbeat and personal I didn’t just feel like another buyer just making a transaction he seemed like he genuinely cared about my experience and the results I would get after leaving the store!!🥰 he even threw in hair caps on the house with my purchase and included a discount on just a few pair of gloves rather than me paying more for a whole pack like I originally intended lol he has the customers best interest at heart and completely and whole heartedly made my day!! I highly recommend if you want a great experience with amazing customer service you go to Kaysi’s in Columbia off of Dobbin and McGraw trust me you won’t regret it!!🙏😁🙏
