Karline was recommended to me by a friend. I visited last week and was really impressed with the level of hair care that was provided. She did such an excellent job of assessing and recommending next level care for my hair that I'll be back in her chair this week 😀 and it's my plan to go back every two weeks. Thanks Ms K!!
This woman is THEE NASTIEST and most unprofessional individual that you never want to meet. First off she's definitely paying or offering incentives for these positive reviews because there's no way..... she's also been having the negative reviews deleted. You can literally see the mental illness in this woman's face. She's NOT an American (which explains a lot) and she can't answer simple questions about her services without loudly berating PAYING customers and going off on a tangent. Her own hair looks a complete MESS (biggest red flag of all) and nothing about this woman's mannerisms or "skill" indicates 30 years of experience like she claims. There are much better AMERICAN owned businesses within the city- support those instead.
The stylists in this salon do not listen to their clients at all. Not sure if they’re willingly doing this or if they’re just unable to provide the service requested. I provided photos & kept on saying I wanted my hair shorter, I thought she was going to do it until I realized she was getting me ready to leave. I paid $70 for badly cut hair (I still tipped because I feel like its rude not to). Did not receive treatment in my hair or a solid hairstyle.. & the stylist knew the style would not last because of the texture of my hair. She explicitly stated that whilst styling it. Not sure if I’d go back, as it is hard to find stylists that cut natural hair in West Palm Beach, Karline is however a sweet lady, just not sure about this haircut.
This salon was recommended to me by a coworker who had been coming for years. I've used their services for almost a year and I've always been pleased. Karline not only does fabulous styling, she is a strong proponent for doing what best and healthy for your hair. She's taught me a lot on how to care for my hair. Go - you won't be disappointed!!!
Karline's Salon and Spa is my go to place for all my beauty needs for over27 years. They are professionals who care ❤ and pamper me with quality products. They are always updating and edifying themselves on the latest trends in haircare and they educate their clients as well. Random people are always asking me who does my hair. Karline has NEVER disappointed me in 27 yrs. Love 💘 this place.
