Hello, I cannot recommend Jumping J’s enough. The bouncing houses/water slide were absolutely awesome! I was totally blown away by the cleanliness of all the owners bouncy houses and water slides! They arrived a day early to set it up, made sure it was super clean and ready to go. The kids loved it and having this made it the most memorable occasion for everyone there! The communication was great, quick responses each time. Clear and easy drop offs/pick ups!! Definitely giving Jumping J’s a 10/10 for fantastic customer service experience!! The experience was wonderful! All the kids had a great time and adults too!!! The water slides were phenomenal!! Also, Jumping J’s is very accommodating to their customers needs and preferences and safety. I highly recommend Jumping J’s to anyone looking for bouncy house/water slide rentals! Enjoy! Enjoy!
Just had Jumping J's provide a bouncy castle for my son's backyard birthday party. Reserving and paying through the website was easy and I was emailed a receipt with clear details. Delivery, set-up, and pick-up was easy and service was super friendly--would highly recommend and use again!
I had am amazing experience with Jumpin J’s! My son was turning 10 and I was nervous about the forecast so I called their phone number and spoke with the owner directly, he was extremely helpful answering all of the questions I had for him, which was a lot! I also loved how he spoke about his employees, I can tell he is a very genuine and down to earth owner who cares about his employees and customers which is hard to find now a days! I look forward to booking with him in the future!!!
Great experience with Jumpin J’s. Great price. The guys dropped it off right on time, set it up, and then went in and cleaned it before they left. Highly recommend for northern Virginia birthday parties.
