My first time here was in 2019 and I just went again. Another great massage! Either I am especially lucky or they have the best people working for them. The massages I was getting from a well-known chain don't compare. Annie took great care of me and noticed even more about my pain areas than what I thought needed targeting. I can't wait to go back.
One of the workers has a really bad attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t state her name which I felt I should know so I could report her…I came for relaxation and yet I felt the opposite. I don’t recommend coming here I would rather go to another establishment where I know the service and workers are exceptional. Everything here is very subpar. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Set a date and paid deposit. The day we were to have our massage, my uncle passed away. I called the moment I found out we wouldn’t make the appointment and advised it was because of a death of a close family member, my uncle. They wouldn’t allow me to reschedule and kept my deposit.
Yesterday I received a massage from Mark and it was absolutely wonderful. My body was in a ball of knots and when I left I felt 100% better. I highly recommend Heavenly Hands and definitely intend on being Mark's regular customer. I was a very satisfied customer.
Ive been coming here since pre-covid and I love this place. They take care of all your needs. Always the best and most amazing facial. I recently started booking my massages with them too since they offer it and are amazing at it!! Love! Love! This staff and services are amazing.
