They are not only extremely professional, they treat you like family! Vee takes amazing care of my hair, I regularly receive compliments on how great my hair looks. Tania makes sure everything runs smoothly and I wish I could take Monique home with me because she does an amazing wash! I see regular customers coming back for the rest of the team as well. I’d never let anyone else touch my hair!
I decided to come here for a bang cut and hair wash. My appointment was at 10:30 and after being brushed off by the secretary when I got there, I was taken to a chair at 10:53. When ever I’ve gotten any kind of trim before it’s always come with a hair wash and I didn’t have to specify. I always thought that was the default at any hair salon and I asked my stylist if we were going to start with dry bangs and then hair wash. She then let me know she had another appointment at 11. It was 10:55. She also thought I was a walk in who had never been there before even though I booked my appointment a day in advance. What’s the point of booking my appointment in advance if I’m going to be rushed along anyway? The bang cut ended up really beautiful and the stylist did a wonderful job, but I was so embarrassed I don’t know if I want to come back. I think someone at the salon was late or missing or something but I don’t think that was communicated properly to me or to the hair stylist by the receptionist. At one point, both of us remarked that we were very confused. I just want to reiterate that the hairstylist was very kind and did a wonderful job with my hair. I just felt so rushed with something as important to me as my hair it made me extremely uncomfortable. I spent more time waiting than I did getting my hair cut. Edit: changing my review because my bangs actually ended up uneven and not my preferred style, I just couldn’t tell because my hair was still wet as of writing this review. Guess that’s what happens when you’re rushed in and out.
I have been a costumer of Hanna Jade since it’s opening and have known most hairstylists for almost 10 years! I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! Thank you for your amazing service and making me feel like family. Feel safe to sit with any of the stylists here, they are all great! Nurys is my stylist and I don’t know what I would do without her! She is the most caring and genuine person I know. She knows always what I want and makes it happen.Hanna Jade is the only place I recommend. Definitely a hidden gem in Miami Lakes 💕
Always have an amazing time and always leave happy with my haircut or any service I do with Vee. She is awesome but she is booked so get your appointment early. She is really good with curly hair cuts and highlights. Highly recommend her and the salon.
Had a haircut a month ago and loved it. Once again V was my hairstylist and had highlights and lowlights. Perfection. My hair is very thin with lots of grays. The cut and color gave my volume and grays disappeared. Thank you.
