STAY AWAY!!! Horrible and disgusting experience. Blood stains on pillows, damaged walls, missing mattress. Customer service was RUDE as well, not wanting to help. Over 3 months, called at least 10-15 times. Always angry, always rude, always telling me someone will call you back and hanging up. Will never forget my horrible experience with Global Luxury Suites at many locations. Escalated to their CEO and regional director as well, their response was, "not much we can really do about it". Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Not a hotel. Apartment in a residential building. Not good for families as there are no stores nearby. Everything is a 15 min walk. Quality of apartment was mediocre at best. Super annoyed at the lack of clarity. This is basically an air bnb run by a company called global luxury suites. Trust me, there was nothing luxury about it. Global Mediocre Apartments is what I experienced.

Completely disgusting. My second night here I saw something run across the kitchen from where I was sitting in the bedroom. A minute later, a mouse was scurrying across the kitchen floor. Lights were on and I was making noise - this thing was not afraid. Another soon followed. I called the 24/7 support line and after 2 hours of being put on hold and me crying because I didn't want to sleep 8 feet away from mice, I was told no one could authorize a move and I'd have to call in the morning. They told me I could get a hotel and pay out of my own pocket if I wanted to leave, but to just shut the door as there was nothing that could be done. I even sent a picture I took of the mice running around and they repeated that nothing could be done. I called back in the morning and was told it was being worked on. Didn't hear back, and had to call back AGAIN to get a transfer to another location. Keep in mind the apartment was on the 4th floor, so they must be all over that building. Customer service is garbage - I slept in a filthy unsanitary room listening to mice squeek and scatter around and see their droppings everywhere in the morning. If there's an issue after hours, they won't help you and their customer service is garbage - as are their accommodations. Feel free to contact me for the pictures as I can't attach them here.

Do Not Book. You have no guarantees about the state of the room or check-in or check-out. This is advertised as a hotel, as if were a corporate hotel, but it is a badly managed over-priced AirBnB. If what you want is a slightly broken badly-managed over-priced AirBnB then that is fine. You might win the luck of the draw and actually have a nice room. In any case you will have no service, service is not an option.
