Great People who understand the complexities of Mental Health and the human condition
The experience I have received with this company has been a complete disaster!! They do not even deserve 1 star....I have explained my situation with my cancer illness, I have asked for family and individual therapy, sadly I have private insurance and they are still not providing the attention I need. Shontell one of the therapist is great and has tried to accommodate my son and I but I don't understand what the problem is that they can't do my therapy!! Example I had therapy scheduled today, waited 20 minutes in the virtual room, no one showed up!!! They need to reported to the BBB this is completely unacceptable when someone like myself desperately need therapy and they know it!!! They had over a month to take care of me and my son with therapy and they did not care do so!! PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS !!!
