The best tailoring shop in NYC! It was my sister in law wedding day and we had an emergency, the zipper of her dress got broken. Went to Felix and he didn't hesitate to help me and fixed the zipper after 30 minutes all fixed and ready to go. Thank you so much for your kindness, Felix! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 star customer service! Would definitely recommend and be back!
Excellent tailoring shop! So happy we were recommended to Felix to get our pants taken up. The turn around for the alterations was quick and he did a great job!
Quick, efficient and professional. Went to get 2 pairs of pants hemmed and they did a stellar job. Will be coming back to tailor future clothing items!
After going back and forth with a specialist at another place for three weeks I got a call today that the alteration was too difficult and hadn’t been done. On the way home I googled on a whim and found this place. They told me it would be $15 and to come back in 30 minutes. I just picked them up; they’re done perfectly. I’m in shock. 6/5 stars.
The place tells me my clothes will be ready in 1 day. When I come back 3 days later they have not even started working on them. It wastes me 1 hour in the morning coming here. The place is not trustworthy.
