"It’s really sad how black ppl do business. You booked multiple times and could have contacted me to inform me that you weren’t coming. But we’re black and we have no respect for other black businesses! Have a blessed day!" -Marsha Watson (this is what she sent to me via text) I want everyone to know how unprofessional and rude Ms. Watson is towards customers. I booked a make-up appt with her for my wedding. For some reason my appts kept canceling and I didn't know it. Instead of Ms Watson calling to see if I still wanted the appt, she sent me the text above. This woman has never seen me or talked to me and assumed I was black. It sounds like she has something against black people. According to where her shop is located, I am sure most of her clients are black.
I've had my makeup done several times by the EnvyMe Glam Bar makeup artist extraordinary, Marsha Watson. EVERYTIME I've left the Glam Bar looking and feeling beautiful. It's a grway experience and the facility is clean, relaxing and beautifully decorated. I look forward to my next opportunity to go again. I've learned so many makeup tips that I'm now able to do my makeup better myself as well. I highly recommend Marsha, and her team.
