Devon and his team were very professional and experienced. They produced a beautiful and memorable movie of my daughter’s wedding. He worked with us patiently at editing the end product. We liked his work so much that we are going to book him again for our second daughter’s wedding. Thank you Devon!!!!
The entire team at Encore Visual & Media LLC was professional and attentive to the needs for our project. From the concept of the video to editing and everything in between, we were well pleased. We will definitely use again.
2022 UPDATE: The company replied this comment 3 months ago saying it would issue a refund and I got back to them to receive it and THEY STILL DID NOT REFUND US. This is a complete joke. 2021: I had a terrible experience by hiring them for my wedding livestream. They delayed my wedding for 1 hour because they did not prepared themselves for the first two hours that they arrived on my venue before the wedding. But not only making me lose one hour of time with our guests and paid photography, they were extremely unprofessional about sending me the final product. I was told I’d receive the video with a better quality within 2 weeks and it took them at least 6 weeks to send me the first part and 4 months the second one. And they only sent me the second part after 4 months because I had to ask. It’s ridiculous! I was waiting them to be professional and they didn’t. I don’t recommend them to anyone. Extremely unprofessional.
Encore visuals sacked our wedding day, offered a refund, and has now stopped answering calls and emails without ever providing one. Clearly they are unprofessional and have not interest in customer satisfaction, they just want to get paid. Our reception was delayed by and hour due to Devon’s inability to make sure he had a connection on which to stream out wedding for my wife’s family in Brazil. This means we lost an hour of reception, photography, and time with out guests on our big day all on account of this business as we sat in agony waiting for the problem to be resolved so we could have our wedding. The connection problem was only resolved with the intervention of my brother who is an IT professional, unlike the folks at Encore. Furthermore, it took MONTHS and repeated pestering from my wife before we ever received the HD recordings of our ceremony. I really wish I had gone with anyone else other than Encore at this point. Avoid at all costs.
Encore Visuals went super above and beyond for my wedding. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were super communitive. My family, friends and I were super happy with the final results. Don't hesitate to work with them you will not be disappointed.
