If I could give this place O stars I absolutely would. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and it was for 11am. When I arrived the one beautician that was present was not ready. I was there to get a roller wrap. My hair was not washed until 12pm. Not sure why I created an appointment if I was going to have to wait an hour. From the looks of what happened next they over booked the only beautician working. I was under the dryer for an hour before I lifted the dryer. I knew my hair was dry so I got from under the dryer. The gentleman who sits at the front desk then directed me to a chair where he removed rollers from my hair. Once he finished the only Beautician came over while leaving a young lady who was getting her hair wash waiting. Then she asked if I wanted my hair flat ironed. I said yes just a little. She then begins blowing drying my hair. I asked are you attempting to straighten my hair she says yes and told me it’s what I asked for. At no time did I ask for my hair straight. She insisted that I said it and proceeded to argue with me. The man from the desk comes over and says it’s free and that I needed to leave. This was after 2 hour and 20 minutes of being in the salon. I will never patron this business again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Horrible customer service, does not value customers time and extremely short staffed with only one beautician.
