We worked with Chef Yashanti and Cristi on a private dinner for my mom’s 70th and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Since we were traveling from out of town, Cristi went above and beyond to give recommendations on accommodations and things to keep our kids occupied in the area. Booking the menu itself was a breeze and the range of options was impressive. Overall, everything was top notch and unforgettable. Everyone truly enjoyed the dinner and it was event we will all remember! #HollywoodFlorida
We celebrated our 50th anniversary by having E'Leeps Catering provide one of the finest meals we have ever had. Chef Yashanti and Cristi were an absolute joy to work with and provided such personal, and warm service. The meal was an absolute treasure. Chef Yashanti is a culinary genius and the six courses he prepared were each works of art. Also, Cristi created a stunning, perfect ambience that in conjunction with Chef Yashanti's culinary masterpieces created a memory we shall never forget. In this day when personal service, warmth, and caring are rare commodities, Cristi and Chef Yashanti exemplify the best of such service. We plan to use them often in the future and are so grateful for what they did to make our 50th wedding anniversary so special and unforgettable!
Chef Shan and Cristi are amazing! From the initial conversation all the way through the end of our dinner they were both friendly, professional and very personable! There were 12 of us and we did a 5 course meal for Father’s Day/Birthday dinner. Everything was delicious (even the meal they prepared for the kids) and was of high quality! The best part of the entire experience was the look on our spouses faces when they found out we had a personal chef to prepare meals for them! Definitely an experience to remember and we will use them again when we’re in the area.
Chef Shan and Christi were so professional and great to work with! I contacted them a little late for a dinner for 6 of our company execs that were in FL for a planning retreat, but they jumped right in and pulled off a fabulous dinner. It was very stressful planning for them from 800 miles away, but I felt in very good hands with Chef Shan and Christi from the moment I talked with them. We scheduled Christi and Chef Shaun for a surprise private dinner party for my dad's 60th birthday. We received menu options in advance and since we were a group of 10 including small children, there were some changes. Not a problem for E'leep's Catering and we soon received a menu option that looked good to us with reasonable pricing. I contacted other chefs but Christi was actually the one staying in touch, following up and making sure she'll make us happy. The event itself was way better than any of us would have imagined! They showed up ~4PM, dinner was served at 6PM. In the two hours, Christi was decorating the table very nicely while Chef Shaun was cooking a FANTASTIC 5 course meal right there and then. It started with a 3 appetizers, one better than the previous one. For the main course we selected meat and fish (depending on the preferences or our party) and desert was a cold piece of white and dark chocolate pie on pistachio cream. Absolutely amazing and I could HIGHLY recommend E'leep's Catering to anyone looking for such a unique experience. Thank you Christi and Shaun, this experience will stay with our family forever :)
