I love the service provided by Neshia. It's quick but professional and clean. My locs always look fresh when I leave and the style last for awhile. Book with her and I promise you will keep coming back!
Niesha does NOT know how to do interlocking retwists!!! She literally just retwisted my micro locs like they are traditional- she didn't interloc them at all. Some of them she skipped entirely. Almost 3 years of growth damaged because she lied about being able to do a service. She also tried to reschedule EVERY appointment I had with her. When I was finally able to get in, not only did she not have the dye we needed for my color appointment, she waited until I was already in her chair to inform me. The most unprofessional hair service I've ever had. She even tried to tell me my locs were too small and that I should combine some of them. Like no, if you're too lazy to do a service don't offer it. TL;DR If you have interlocked micro or sisterlocs save your hair and go to someone else. UPDATE: (1 month later since that's when they chose to respond!) So apparently the reason my service was terrible was because Neisha thought I have sisterlocks and claims I tried to change my appointment last minute to save money.... Not only did that not happen, I even tipped her still after a bad service because I know what it's like working in a service industry. Trust me, money was NEVER the issue. I booked a microloc interloc retwist with color and expected exactly that service, period. If she felt like my locs were too small, why didn't she correct me when we had our first appointment? Make it make sense. Smh. Even if it's true that my locs are "too small" it doesn't excuse the lack of professionalism, not having the color for my service, repeated reschedules, or the fact that she did a traditional retwist on microlocs without informing me of the change, ultimately risking the integrity of my hair. The lack of accountability is outrageous. So happy I found a new stylist! Good luck out there with that attitude!
Upon entrance i was a little Leary, because they are in Brandon while they are listed on Martin Luther King. I waited at the counter for 10-12 min. Before I was acknowledged. But let me say when I got in her chair.she was quick and neat. My locks were on point and the price was crazy reasonable. I've never styled my locs , she had me looking amazing. I will definitely return.
She was nice had a clean place did a awesome job I was impressed wasn't looking for my grandson to be finished so quickly I'm definitely carrying him back ...I found him a perfect hair dresser.. check her out you want regret it at all
Listen, I am not sure how this woman does not have a 5 star, but I’ll explain my amazing experience. My day was drastically going south as my old hairstylist butchered my “dreads” and somehow magically gave me box braids… seemingly without us both knowing, I wonder how?? Now let’s talk about how my day was saved hair. She was very knowledgeable in exactly the style I wanted and helped me get started on a journey I was deceived in thinking I was already on. She is the absolute best, she was even able to fit me in after realizing it would be more work than we had originally planned for. I WILL be coming back and I suggest anyone thinking about it, to follow suit.
