I reached out to Diana’s Destinations in January of 2020. When I called I actual had no idea where I wanted to go, I simply told them what I was looking for. They responded quickly with various options tailored to exactly what I was looking for and within the budget I had provided. We were ready to go and then COVID hit. When I tell you, the agency did everything to rebook, providing me with step-by-step updates. They didn’t have to do any of that, they could have easily guided me, but they took it all on themselves. A year later we had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The recommendations were spot on and the travel plan went smoothly. And best of all the trip was affordable! I cannot say enough good things about Diana’s Destinations, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, made great recommendations, but most importantly, they are there for you! I can’t thank them enough for helping my family make some great memories. We will certainly be back for our next adventure!
I don't recommend. We had used the service of this agent to help plan a wonderful family vacation. Due to an error on the part of the travel agent, we are now having to pay an extra $4500 which is nearly double what we paid for the entire trip prior. They have stopped responding to me and have not ever once even offered an apology just asked for more money to fix their mistake. I am now just physically sick over the extra cost and will never use them again. I strongly suggest you don't either.
I am a bit late in posting my review. I just wanted to say we had a wonderful experience working with Michelle for our Disney vacation. My kids had a blast. Michelle worked with us every step of the way planning our trip and answering every question I had along the way. We would definitely work with Diana's Destinations for our future vacation trips. We have used this travel agency several times and always been very satisfied. They are quick to respond and available and supportive should an urgent situation arise during your trip. Highly recommended!!
My family and I just returned from the most amazing vacation to Europe. We traveled to 4 countries, 6 cities in 13 days. All planned by Leigh and Stephanie at Diana Destinations. I came with an idea and Diana destinations planned to the TEE every flight, bus , train and tour to meet our wants in order to see the most of every city. They were flawless. Everything went without a hitch. We felt that we had people in every city watching out for us. Thank you Diane's Destinations and we will be booking more vacations with you ( oh thats right we already have- next year ALASKA)
