We can't say enough about Chef Jay. He is a beautiful and talented person. We had an amazing experience. He made us feel as though we were in good hands prior to the event, as well as throughout. He answers his phone and his messages promptly. He has passion for what he does and it shows not only in his food, but in his vibrant and warm personality. We would have a tough time deciding whether he should be a guest at our next event, or our Chef. Maybe he will consider both. Recommend highly!!!
I really enjoyed my birthday dinner, everything that chef Jay prepared was amazing. Shrimp, Lamb Chops, Oxtail with mashed potatoes, rice & peas were all cooked to perfection and very delicious. For dessert we had a cheese cake empanadas it was very tasty, I was pleased with everything and would definitely hire chef again and again and again 💕 I give him 10 stars for presentation, 10 stars for creativity, 10 stars for perfection, 10 stars for deliciousness and 10 stars for being a very talented chef 💜
Chef Jay catered a brunch for my family and it was an amazing experience! Our birthday getaway was super special thanks to Chef Jay. We had no idea what to expect but he exceeded our expectations by far! Everything was on point - delicious food, elegant presentation, impeccable service, awesome personality! Brunch was so good that we wanted to hire him for dinner the same day!! I can’t say enough great things and can’t wait to taste more of his delicious food. Thanks Chef Jay!! We will be reaching out to you for another event in the near future!
Chef Jay and Omar are amazing!! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. We hired Chef Jay for brunch and a cocktail lunch and he went above and beyond. Not only is the food amazing but he creates beautiful displays. I am so happy with how everything went. If ordering brunch, be sure to order the waffles- they were a hit!!
Celebrate 🎉 my birthday and my cousin birthday and Miami and we had the pleasure of having chef jay fisher cheffing it up for us. The food and company was amazing.
