Talked to Ma'am twice on the phone and both times she's sound annoyed and irritated. It's hard to believe that during an actual appointment this tone or attitude would change so I didn't bother with wasting either one of our time further and decided to take my business elsewhere. Looking at a past review stating that this person can be rude is extremely believable.
The office is serene, tranquil and smells amazing. I felt a sense of peace as soon as I entered. Barika is easy to talk too and offers great tools for growth and improvement. I would recommend anyone to her!
So real. I wouldn't want it any other way. She does not candy coat. Great listener also. I want to thank you Concierge Counseling for your time and your service. I wouldn't trade my therapist for nothing in the world. :-)
Ms Grayson has assisted me through some really hard times. My outlook on life has genuinely improved. I had dropped the idea of goals but now I seem to want to go ride my bike take my grandkids places like we went to the beach.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! She was rude, called me a liar, and threatened to put me in a hard spot if I didn’t follow her perameters in which all I did was attempt to make a payment to her!! I was also OVERCHARGED for paperwork in which she only completed one packet and charged me for two!!
