Priceless experience Chef Kelvin and his assistant chef provided wonderful service, the food was amazing absolutely no complaints only compliments. My family enjoyed and you will definitely be hearing from us again in the future.
The meals we had catered was amazing! Breakfast sandwiches were flaky and buttery. Our lunch however was phenomenal! The salmon was perfectly cooked, the chicken was juicy and tender. The sides were well seasoned but not salty. A truly flavorful and professional experience.
Chef Kelvin and his team are great! Food was delicious (every menu item we requested), it was dropped off fresh to our house and even prepped a bit in front of us. He was flexible with our menu for us and went above and beyond in making sure we were pleased with the meal! Reviews we read were accurate and we are so glad we went with them! We will definitely be using their services again next time we travel to Orlando, Lord willing!
Truly a class act. Chef Kelvin accommodated our family’s last minute request even though it wasn’t a large order. He was kind and courteous and excellent when it came to communication. Best of all the food was incredible! Happy to have him cook for our family again any time!
What an incredible Meal and overall experience Chef Kelvin and his Team provided ! SO PROFESSIONAL - and super-responsive from the initial contact - to the actual event. We booked his services on a weekend evening in December (which is crazy busy with catered events) and were trying to get quotes from other chefs - many of who did not even return the call/email. But Chef Kelvin responded right away - and boy were we lucky he did - because it was an supremely delicious meal. And he somehow - (still a mystery) cooked a multi-course seafood dinner for 11 people in a rental house with a 4-burner electric stove and gas grill. Everyone just couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the entire dinner party and how expertly the fish and seafood was prepared and served. Don't shop around - just book Chef Kelvin !
