I really enjoyed going to Caribbean Mystique Spa. Jasmine was the massage therapist and she did a wonderful job. My wife purchased the massage through Groupon. I would encourage you to go check them out. I look forward to going again for a full body massage.
I went here once before for my birthday in 2022 for a massage and it was amazing. My best friend purchased a gift certificate for a facial for me this year so I tried to make an appointment, it has been a nightmare and downhill ever since. 1) I called on 08/20 to schedule a facial, they said the esthetician got into a car accident and has a concussion, don’t know when she’s return. (Totally understanding at this time) 2) I called the following week on 08/28, esthetician is back and scheduled an appointment, yay! The next day, I come to my appointment, front desk said “I’m so sorry, our esthetician got into a car accident this morning and called in, we have to reschedule you.” I asked her, did she get into one last week? Front desk said no, this morning. Huh? 3) I rescheduled to Tuesday, but then a hurricane was set to hit on Wednesday. I was already told prior that the spa would be closed on Monday so I was expecting to either receive a call to either come in on Tuesday since it was still sunny and bright or reschedule for after the storm. Nope, I didn’t receive any calls, I have been calling for 3 days straight trying to reschedule because they had already made me PREPAY the difference for my facial + gift certificate. Took my money and didn’t provide the service or any follow up calls. I’m frustrated so I call the New Tampa to ask if they knew what was going on, and NT says that they heard the Brandon location had flooding from next door restaurant. So does tragedy and unfortunate events just occur at this location? I’m trying to be my best to be understanding of everything but a single phone call, email or any type of communication would’ve made a world of a difference. I just hated that my best friend purchased a gift certificate here for me, and I also paid in advance (why do we have to pay in advance anyway??) One star because the massage I received last year was great, another star because the front desk gal was so sweet and understood my frustration. But I’d appreciate it if the manager can reach out to me.
I had an amazing massage it was exactly what the doctor ordered. Trey hit all the right spots and knew what the assignment was. Thank you for my relaxing spa day you took the stress away for sure!
My daughter and I went for Mother’s Day and our birthdays. They booked us for first thing when they opened yet weren’t ready for us when we arrived. The salt room is not a true salt room, it’s more like a cold room with salt on the floor and a flashing neon light like you are at a bar. The sauna wasn’t even hot when we went in. Massage and facial were ok. Not the spa experience I was hoping for but then again, you get what you pay for.
Very disappointing! Initially, i submitted inquiry on the website. No response, so I attempted to call their phone, but their constant issues with phones. tlI had to message them via Google chat. I booked a massage appointment for my husband on Wednesday for today (12 May). I was told they having a mother's day special with hot stones that they could do for him. I requested the service for an hour. Today my husband shows up for his 9am appointment and massage therapist and my husband stood outside for 25 minutes as the receptionist was late. Then once taken back, his service was rushed. He was in and out and 40 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and have referred a refund for the unprofessionalism. I wish I would sent him somewhere else. I do not recommend this place.
