My family and I are totally pleased with our overall experience with Candyland Designs... I'm certain my late wife Katrina💔 is also pleased!!! You under promised and over delivered in every aspectl!!! You were extremely helpful and fast to respond to our every request. 😋I can't begin to explain in words how amazing the cake tastes!!!!! It is by far 1 of the best I've ever had in my 57yrs... We highly recommend CANDYLAND DESIGNS 😍🥰 Thank you for the wonderful experience 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Do not recommend. Very disappointing. Ordered a 2-tier pastel blue cake with lavendar cascading flowers but when I arrived to what looked like a warehouse of some sort (not even a bakery) at 9am to pick up my cake, I was given a 1 tier TEAL color cake with dark purple, blue and lavendar flowers! The man who was handing me the cake called the owner then handed me his phone so I could speak to her directly. The owner said she'd "fix it" so the cake would have 2 tiers and match the blue I was looking for because she wanted to make sure her "customers were happy" and would have it delivered before my 2pm event. The "fixed" cake was delivered at 1:40pm and looked nicer then the first cake but was still teal, just a lighter teal- not pastel blue. With my event starting at 2pm there was nothing I could do at that point. When cutting the cake we also discovered that the top tier was marble and not the same as the bottom tier which was custom made (buttercream with strawberry filling). The bottom tier also had so much frosting on it was disgusting to eat. Looks like all she did was slap on more frosting to the bottom tier so it matched the color of the newly added top tier. I'm sorry but this isn't how you "fix" an error caused on your part or how to "keep your customers happy." The least you could've done was remove some or all of the frosting the bottom tier had before adding all that other lighter teal color frosting and ensured that the final color was pastel or baby blue or close to it. I paid $185 plus tax for a cake that was not only the wrong color but had so much frosting on it none of my guests ate more than a spoonful!
Best customer service experience from beginning to end. Cake was a big hit as well as delicious. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back next time I am in town and for our next events.
My daughters cake came out beautifully it exceeded my expectations. The cake we ordered was vanilla top tier chocolate in the middle and carrot cake on the bottom for my daughter and let me tell you it was the best tasting cake I ever had my daughter loved it and the whole party was asking me where did I order from. We are forever sticking with candy land there is no better cakes you guys, everyone has to try this place it’s amazing.
This was an amazing cake! Beautiful, delicious and everyone loved it!!! Got it for a bridal shower
