I have three beautiful girls and we have get-togethers all the time with the family and honestly this is the best bounce house place I have ever worked with. They have such a wide variety of so many different, bounce houses for the children and so many different activities the kids can play with, we got the snow cone machine and it was such a hit. The driver was very kind and on time highly recommend definitely will be ongoing customer. This will be my third year renting at bay area jump.
We used Bay Are Jump to provide chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony! They were prompt and professional to communicate and very reliable and responsive on the day of with set up and pick up. Very reasonably priced too compared to most other wedding rental companies in the area.
This is an awful company to rent from!! They never showed up! I had a birthday party today and had received numerous confirmations from them this week. I had a 10:30 am drop off time and at 11:40am when the jump house wasn’t here, I called to see where they were. The person on the phone didn’t know and said she would call me back after speaking with the driver. 30 minutes later we got a call that the driver had a had gotten a flat tire and that they had no ETA on when our jumpy house would be delivered. I told her that I had rented from the company several times before and needed some sort of a solution since I had 30 kids coming to a party and expected a jump house. I offered all sorts of work around, she was not agreeable. She told me she would work on it. At 1:20pm I called again. I spoke to a new person who said there were no notes in the system but that she would absolutely call me with an update. It’s now 8pm and my party is long over and I never heard from them! If you have a special event, rent from someone else! Otherwise don’t plan to have your jumpy house when you need it!
This company is not a professional!they never answer e-mail. We had a terrible experience with them, we ordered a bouncy castle but it kept deflating and we had to constantly call their technician to inflate it. Now our baby birthday was terrible the kids got stressed. The company does not want to return the money. If you are charging a lot of money for your services, you must perform for what the client paid. I didn't pay for a leaky bouncy castle!!!
We had a wonderful experience with Bay Area Jump. Online order was easy, had a question which their representative via phone answered (she had great customer service!). Most importantly, we experienced a bit of a hiccup the night before the birthday. We lost power at home! I called their emergency line right at 7am in the morning, and with no extra charge they were able to accommodate the jumper being delivered to another address (note that new address was only a few minutes away so not a huge inconvenience for the driver). They saved the birthday!!! Will definitely use again.
