Had a small rental that was pickup only which luckily was not a problem because I live less than 10 minutes from the location. Pricing was good but the customer service is lack luster. Was assisted by the same woman at pickup and drop she was very off putting and seemed to occupied to attempt a basic greeting, or even look up from whatever she was doing! Working in customer service for over 20 years I know what to expect and this will make me think twice before doing business with this company again.
We have used Apex since they very first opened and have NEVER been disappointed. We have used them for casual kid's parties, formal dinner parties, casual dinner gatherings, company Christmas parties, and the list goes on…. Shane and his staff are always incredibly helpful with their recommendations and they know their products well. Their showroom is beautiful and helpful in decision making. I have never felt like they tried to "up sell" me to increase the bill, but rather have helped me to pick the items that accomplished the look I was going for and stayed within my budget. I have rented inexpensive folding chairs and beautiful Chiavari chairs. They have the inventory for every party and budget. Their linen selection is HUGE. The special ordered a Christmas plaid for my husband's company Christmas party and they were stunning. Their delivery drivers are prompt, professional and helpful. They are big enough that they have EVERYTHING you could want to rent (and great vendors that they work with for other services) but small enough that the owners know you by name and give you individualized service and attention. I won't throw a party without their help!
Great service and product delivery. I asked them to put a 15 x 20 tent into a space that was almost the same size. The team from Apex delivered the tents and set it up in record time. They came in without fanfare and pulled the delivered equipment on time and our event was a smash success. Thank you Apex!
