If I could give 100 stars, I would. After years of searching for the right therapist and thinking there was something fundamentally wrong with me, I finally found the right fit with Dr. Howard. It is hard to put into words the life changing experience I've had working with her. I've had anxiety/depression that was impeding on my overall well being and enjoyment in life. Using talk therapy, coupled with neurofeedback, I have been able to process things in a positive, and more self aware way I never knew possible. Dr. Howard provides a safe environment to grow and understand yourself. She has given me the tools and confidence I have been searching for to live my best life. I am so grateful to have met and worked with Dr. Howard!
