Peaceful atmosphere. Professional and talented hairstylist. Super affordable. Overall, happy customer! This was my first time getting styled by Amara and I would definitely book with her again!
SO UNPROFESSIONAL! There isn’t many black owned beauty salons located in Vero and when I came across this one I jumped for joy but after reaching out to both Amara and Brittany, I realized these two just aren’t ready. I called Amara 1st left a voicemail then proceed to drive to the location which is wrong on google maps BTW. When I arrived I met Brittany as she was walking out, she gave me her card and told me to text her she’ll give me her prices. I said ok. I text her when I got back in my car and she responded an hr later. I had already text Amara’s number and got a response before Brittany text me back. I’m not sure why most conversations especially consultations have to be done via text or even when you initially are meeting a potential client. Goes to show that this and future generations are doomed. Anyway I text Amara most of my questions to which she NEVER answered. She responded hours later to tell me she got busy then when I asked if it was better to call she asked me if I’m speaking to her and Brittany. At that point does it matter??? You ladies work together in the same shop if I’m speaking to one or the other to get information about my daughters hair or becoming a future client what’s the issue. The next day I guess Amara butt dailed my number and when I called back 5mins later she tells me she didn’t mean to call she was just checking her VM. So I said yes I called you yesterday and left one, is this you not returning my message? She asks me well didn’t I text you? I’m said yes but you never answered any of my questions you claim you got busy then asked me about Brittany to which I never responded, lol she called me rude and hung up. Shorty is not ready for real business. The way both women dealt with me was super unprofessional. More Amara then Brittany. At least Brittany responded, I just didn’t respond back bc I felt like the only reason she did respond was bc I was talking to Amara. I text her while I was sitting in front of their salon which she was too. And I left before her. Her response was that she doesn’t text and drive which I get but having to wait an hr when we were just talking in person and both sitting in the parking lot together. Also cute business card but why doesn’t your IG have pictures that showcase your talent??? Anyway I had time today so here are my receipts of our convo. Give me luck looking for another PROFESSIONAL BLACK salon in Vero 🤷🏾♀️
The beauticians at Amara's Beautiful Moments are awesome. The environment is very inviting. Amara and Britney are professionals. My hair is flawless.❤❤
