I do not recommend this agency. I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with Lisa, providing specific details about our trip desires. After notngetting back to me within the time frame she committed, I called her. She was not available and later returned my call. It was as if we never spoke. She asked me was I sure she was who I spoke with because she didn't have any information on my travel. As we talked more, she said oh you were the party of 4 with plans for Paris. She proceeded to say " well explain your trip again". I asked her why was I was explaining again and she said "because I don't remember the details". I asked if she had taken notes and she said "well that's just it I'm not sure and if I did, I don't know what I did with them so you are going to have to let me know again." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She said I have 4 other trips I am planning and I'm really busy. I asked her to have Alice the head of the agency to call me. It was even worse with Alice. I explained all of the above to receive the following response "well people make mistakes" do you want me to assign someone else. I told Alice no thank you. I further explained that she missed my whole concern because she was too busy defending Lisa. I further explained that I am all for showing grace to "mistakes" however this was not a mistake, but rather a FAILURE to deliver. Alice said well I'm sorry this is our busy season, do you want me to assign someone else. I told her no thank you. I would not use them even if it was a paid free trip by them.
Alice and her team are incredible! They have planned my personal trips and family trips for years now. She is very detail oriented, and knows the travel industry very well. She is clear in explaining options that help fit with your budget, and setting you up for a fantastic vacation wherever you go! I would recommend Alice and her team to anyone!
Alice Johnson helped me plan my honeymoon trip before the pandemic. She went above and beyond to help us gather everything we needed as our trip was scheduled in the middle of the pandemic. It had to be rescheduled and all planned events rebooked twice due to flight conflicts with COVID tests. She and her team are AMAZING at what they do and they make it so easy for you to trust them to give you the best deal! Booking a honeymoon can be so stressful, so I am beyond grateful for all of their help! I would most definitely use them to help book for future trips!
Alice literally treated my party of 9 like trash, she profiled us as though we couldn’t afford what we were asking of her, she pre judged us acting as though we were broke, we didn’t receive the services promised because she constantly dismissed us, she never had time, she wouldn’t respond to our concerns she basically told us to wings it and accept whatever, she was rude and disrespectful, she had me and my wife in different sections on the plane even though we booked together, she changed accommodations without informing us until it was too late. She was recommended by someone I trusted but she didn’t live up to it and I will never use her again nor will I recommend her to any of my friends and family 😡🤬🤦🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🧐🤔👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
Found Ms.Alice and her agency through Carnival. I am so glad we did because it took the booking process out of our hands and into a professionals ! We were mailed our documents and the luggage tags were already cut and laminated which is very thoughtful! Upon arrival to our stateroom we found delicious Chocolate Chip cookies compliments of Ms.Alice and All Things Travel which was so very sweet!!! Would definetely book with her again on our future travels with Carnival or other method of travel.
