Ms. Kim and Ms. B were awesome! Took in a 5 & 7 yr old. They both were comfortable, no tears and their hair looked great! Price was reasonable. The 7 yr old got her first trim and it was actually that..not a cut. Definitely going back.
The staff are cordial, my daughter was in tears when they were detangling, blow drying, straightening and braiding. These folks are rough with children’s hair. After the visit, I had to give my daughter pain killers because the braids were so tight, and a day or two later, the sores and bumps developed. The braids do stay in a long time and they are nice to look at, but I think they are not mindful that they are dealing with children and how delicate their scalps are. If your child is not “tender headed” as they say in the salon, go for it, but if they are, STAY AWAY!
It kinda hurts when they do ur hair but its worth it because ur hair looks good afterwards
