We have been coming to Get Air in Alexandria for several years and my kids (ages 3.5 and 5) have such a great time every visit. There are several different areas to jump, including a space just for smaller toddlers. There are swings, climbing structures, slides, and more. They also play fun, upbeat music which adds to the atmosphere. It's such a great way to get some serious energy out for the whole family. I recommend bringing your kids of all ages here! Just be sure to check the morning schedule for toddler time as only small children, under 46", can jump (a great and safe option for little jumpers!)
This was the second time visiting this location. We attended a six year olds birthday party here. It was a lot of fun! The kids really enjoyed themselves. They had plenty of room to jump and play with their friends. We had pizza and cake. I’m not sure what’s included in the birthday package, but overall it seems like a good spot for a birthday. The restrooms were clean and the pizza was hot! What else can I ask for?
I went to get air yesterday, July 7, 2023 for a friends birthday and had the worst experience. Not only was it filthy, but there were no balls for the basketbal hoops, foam pits were not filled, there were a holes, the attraction seemed unsafe. No one watching the kids, and the zip line was broken too. I asked for a manager that was there was no uniform later about an hour in because there was no AC on in the building was super hot. He told me that the AC was dripping in, so they had to cut it off. I then asked him because he paid for 24 hours if I can be refunded for an hour she said no I would like a call or be able to reach out to someone as soon as possible because this experience was the worst ever.
It wasn’t busy when we went here so my kids were able to play more than the hours that we are supposed to play which I am really thankful. One thing though. The lady at the counter when we check in was really rude and not happy with her job. A power player too since there were a few things that she tried to pull off on that I know that doesn’t make any sense at all. Girl should just quit the job if she doesn’t like what she is doing, it will just destroy the business that gives her the opportunity. The place needs a little bit of cleaning too
We had such high hopes! We live in the area so we decided to purchase the unlimited year pass. Huge mistake. We signed up 2 weeks ago; since then, we’ve tried to go 5 times and were turned away for 3 of them! Once because they were full and twice because they rented out the entire park for a party. I can understand being turned away every once in awhile but 3 times in two weeks is crazy! What’s more, we asked about this issue before we signed up and they lady said being turned away is extremely uncommon… I just went back to the same lady after being turned away for the third time and she said “well it’s not my fault. It was the customer service team that booked those parties” … then she reminded us that our annual passes are non-refundable. Please learn from our example, stay away from the annual pass!
