2019 I made the decision to travel alone. My first trip out of the US and ALONE was something I never thought possible. Over the last few years Kelly has worked with me to make the MOST AMAZING travel plans. Dreams have become reality and now reality has become some amazing memories. This was our first time using a travel agent to plan a trip for our family and Cindy was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with us to determine our needs and make suggestions. Our resort in Cancun was wonderful and we had an amazing trip! She booked us a safe and reliable shuttle to use to/from the airport and we had her cell phone in case of any travel issues or questions. We highly recommend Cindy and Bethany Travel and would definitely use them to plan our next trip!
I have worked with Kelly on more than one occasion for both domestic and international trips. I recently returned from a trip to Jamaica. I am convinced I had the best trip in part because of the attention to details and ensuring that every request and promise made was fulfilled by Kelly. You want an excursion? No problem? Want a private boat and snorkeling excursion? No problem. Every detail was taken care of, and she uses companies and staff that she has developed relationships with so you know you are in safe hands with safe drivers. From having an iternary to refer to daily, to the recommended Club Mobay airport experience, private transfer shuttles, and a resort that lived up to my highest expectations, Kelly made sure my dream trip became a reality. I actually recommended her and Bethany Travel 6 times the week of vacation to other travelers who had not used an agent and was therfore not having the same experience I was having! Planning trips does not have to be stressful! Just call Kelly! You will experience the difference your first trip! I can't wait to start planning the next trip!
