If I could give more stars, I would! I have never received such thorough service! All staff were so nice and professional and I cannot say enough about Nikki! She was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything that she was doing and educated me on sooo much that I never knew and I have been going to the dentist for 30 years! Her and the dentist made me feel so comfortable and even educated my girls while they waited with me after their exams. I have never had such a great experience with a dentist visit!! Every single person we interacted with was amazing, but Nikki was phenomenal! I requested her for my next appointment! I am glad to have found a dentist home!
I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Yvonne is so sweet and always makes me feel so much better about coming to the dentist! Keith is also another one of my favorites! He’s so helpful! Nikki is my favorite hygienist! She is so gentle with me and always so polite! Their prices are very fair as well! My fiancé and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We’ve found our forever dentist! 🩵
The staff is always great. I love being greeted by my name because it makes me feel like I'm visiting old friends. They always ask about how I'm doing and about my son. Additionally, they always educate me on how I can improve my dental health without making me feel bad and self-conscious about my dental issues and challenges. As long as they are in business and I'm in the neighborhood I plan on always going to Dr. Yvonne. Thanks for the great care and customer love.
OMG! That’s all I can say! No wait let me say this! If they can get me To come back they have to be good at what they do. I’m petrified of the dentist. Not only did I have a positive experience but I just scheduled my next cleaning. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE is accommodating and gentle to the scared and phobic. Thank you Q for taking care of my teeth and me! 100% Recommend
Excellent service and care. I did not feel like part of an assembly line. That was my past experience in a dental practice franchise. This team was stellar. For example, scheduling the appointment, insurance verification, dental hygienist and dentist exam was an efficient and caring process. A gentle time. I am ready to return for my next appointment.😁
