I went in here to get my hair color redone because the previous salon I went to did not do what I wanted... I couldn't have been more pleased with the results! (I posted before & after pic). Staff was super nice and knowledgeable and they did exactly what I wanted. You get a complimentary drink (I got coffee and water) which is always nice. The salon is very clean and well-kept. You can also make appointments online which saves a lot of hassle. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming here again!!!
I have been at this salon twice so far and both stylists did an amazing job. They listen very well and offer suggestions that would work for my hair and deliver a great job. I like the environment and everything about this place. Absolutely recommend!
Love this place - been coming here since 2020 and have always been made to feel like family. They truly do the BEST hair and prices are always reasonable. The Wildheart team is the only one I trust with my hair. Will continue to refer people!! :-)
I want to say first of all my stylist was very sweet and was so personable. Ive had terrible luck with my hair and entrusted her to take the reigns. I had her cut several inches of my very long hair off at my first appointment and she did a fantastic job. My 2nd appointment was for color. I have very dark hair and explained I pull very brassy and orange-ish. I showed a picture and asked for a mushroom color bayalage (see pic below). When I left it didnt quite look like the ashy brown color I had requested, but assumed the way it was styled and the lighting could have been making it appear lighter than I had expected. 2 days later when I finally washed it for the 1st time color was being washed out down my tub drain. My hair was orange! I called the salon to have it fixed and the person told me on the phone they couldn't help me because my stylist was gone and she would have to be the one to fix it. I ended up going somewhere else where they toned my hair twice to get the brassiness out. My review being less than desirable isn't so much based on the stylist's mistake (as we are all human) but rather the way they brushed me off when I was in panic mode from my orange hair! Very disappointed and,unfortunately will not return. Im attaching photos to show what I requested, and the color I had just as I was sitting down to have it fixed at another establishment. This picture was taken just a few days after the color. The picture also shows how the bayalage wasn't done quite right also. 😳
I loved my experience at Wildheart Salon! I wanted to cut about 6 inches off my hair and get full highlights. My stylist, Aly Schmit, did exactly what I was looking for! She was so personable and made sure I was happy with the finished product. 10/10 recommend!
