Me and my now Husband just got married at the 4T Arena on April 1, 2023. Everything was absolutely perfect! Every single item that we used as a decoration clear down to the little place cards for seating were placed exactly where we wanted them to be. Our coordinator, MaryAnn, is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us with the planning and advice that she gave us during our pre-wedding journey. I will forever and always recommend the 4T Arena and MaryAnn to anyone that asks me for my recommendation. I am so blessed and thankful to have been able to have MaryAnn throughout this entire process! If I were anyone reading these reviews, DEFINITELY consider the 4T!! In my opinion, you will not find anywhere or anyone better to work with!
We got married on 9/24/22 and from the moment we checked out the venue and met with Mary Ann we knew we absolutely wanted to have our dream wedding there! From start to finish she helped with every single detail, comforted every single worry I had along the way and made the entire process run smoothly and as stress free as wedding planning can go! Vendors were recommended for every single addition we wanted to have, the abundance of decorations they carried meant we didn’t have to purchase unnecessary supplies, Mary Ann did all of our food and floral arrangements, and everything was fantastic! If you are wanting to find a place that has someone that walks you thru the entire process, is an absolutely breathtaking venue, I highly recommend checking this location out! I will be recommending 4T arena to everyone that is looking for a wedding venue in WV! From the bottom of our hearts we are so thankful for everything Mary Ann and the entire staff at 4T is for sure a 5 star rating in every aspect!
I got married April 30th, 2022, and my experience with 4T Arena events was nothing short of superior. Mary Ann and her staff go above and beyond for you! The venue is absolutely beautiful and does not require much décor, but if you need it, she probably has it available for you. Mary Ann has a wonderful eye and if you are not sure if something looks good, she will offer suggestions to make it look perfect. The food for our wedding was amazing and they really tailored our menu for us. We got nothing but compliments on the food. Other perks for this venue include: it is quite massive and can comfortably fit a lot of people, the ceremony and the reception are all located in the same space, the food is included with the venue, the outside has many places to take pictures and they all come out beautifully, and, the biggest perk of all, is it comes with Mary Ann. I can go on and on about how wonderful, organized, and thoughtful she is. She does your planning and day of coordination, and let me tell you if something doesn’t go to plan, she is on top of it before anyone notices. She is very responsive and makes sure everything is communicated and written down. I could not have done this without her. She also has a list of reliable and superb vendors to use! We used mostly all of her vendors and they did not disappoint! Shout out to Poppy Farms Sweets for the delicious dessert table. And lastly, this venue is the most reasonably priced venue around. For us, the venue and catering cost was less than most venue rentals alone. Had to hand over one of my babies and this is the awesome place they chose. The owner is so incredibly nice and fun as all get out. She was the most gracious host and made thier day great. I appreciate ya 4T as the father of the bride. Thank you very much..
MaryAnn and all of the staff at 4T Arena surpassed every expectation we had. The day I toured venues, 4T Arena was my first stop. I knew what I wanted in a venue going into tours. As soon as we arrived, we were treated with warm smiles from MaryAnn. She immediately made it a priority to get to know us, as well as everything we wanted. We were then given a very thorough tour. I was immediately drawn into the charm of the venue. After the tour, we all sat down and went over all information that we would need to know. Any questions that we had, MaryAnn would answer thoroughly. At least to say, I was set on this venue before even leaving. Over the next year and a half, Maryann consistently stayed in contact rather it be checking in, answering the thousands of questions I had, or providing insight. I knew I could always reach out and receive a very timely response. MaryAnn was also a great source of inspiration and guidance. As it finally came wedding time, I was trying to stay as calm and relaxed as possible. I owe a huge thank you to the entire staff of 4T Arena for helping keep me relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was there to help in any way we needed. I knew that not only myself but anybody there with us could confidently turn to them for anything. The day of the wedding went smoother than I ever would have imagined. The staff of 4T Arena were very efficient, and always two steps ahead of the game. Overall, Jaycob and I could on forever about all the good things to say. We are constantly reflecting on how the weekend went, and there is not one bad thing that comes to mind.
