With the help of the Inspired Events team, we were able to plan our backyard tent wedding. It was THE BEST. They have everything you need from tent setup (with an incredible setup and tear down crew), tables, chairs, cutlery, napkins, plates, cups, dance floor, circle bar. Taylor did a stellar job helping coordinate all the things and be there on the day to ensure everything was in the right place and running smoothly. The task of building a venue under a tent was made possible because of the Inspired team. I would 10/10 recommend you use them if you want a beautiful setup and great service from planning to execution.
Amy, Taylor and the rest of the Inspired Events team were an absolute joy to work with. Amy was the lead planner for our wedding and stepped in half way through our planning process. The first time I met with Amy, she knew every little detail that I had previously discussed with Taylor about, as if I had been communicating with Amy from day one. This first impression blew me away and I knew I was in excellent hands. Amy and Taylor had done a lot of communication on my behalf with all of our vendors about details that I hadn't even thought about (ex: set up for our entertainment company, set up for catering, communicating with our shuttle company, etc.) and she truly allowed me to sit back, relax and enjoy our wedding day. We had a few minor hiccups on the day of our wedding, but Amy took care of it ALL and I didn't have to worry about anything. Amy and the Inspired Events team also helped us set up our wedding decor that we had brought and did it so perfectly, with barely any direction required from me. They have an eye for a beautiful set up! We also rented a bunch of items from Inspired Events, all of which were fantastic quality and so beautiful. If there were any issues (ex: not enough inventory), Taylor communicated that with me and provided me with great alternatives. I truly have nothing but amazing things to say about Amy, Taylor and the Inspired Events team. They helped make our vision come to life and I cannot thank them enough. All of their hard work and efforts into our wedding day do not go unnoticed and our guests continue to talk about how great Amy was on our wedding day! THANK YOU X A MILLION!!
Inspired did our wedding tent and table setup. It was pretty awesome!! I couldn’t have asked for a better atomsphere to spend the evening with my family and friends in.
Taylor was so wonderful to deal with. We had to postpone a year due to Covid and it was managed so well. The quality of the rentals is fantastic. I had so many people tell me how beautiful everything looked. You will not regret using Inspired Events!!!
Taylor was amazing to deal with right from the start! She has an amazing selection of decor and rental pieces that are super unique to the Ottawa Valley that will be the highlight of your wedding. If your looking for rentals, or coordination, this is your go-to gal! Highly recommended :)
