The search for great service in the nail industry can be brutal!! I consider my self care serious, quality and professionalism is much appreciated and desired. When I arrived the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, when I walked in she addressed me by name (cheers) that was a plus. She walked me through options, introduced me to the color of the month, and made sure I was familiar with the atmosphere. My manicurist CoCo was at the station ready, water hot (exactly how I like it!!) She greeted me with respect and care and had great energy! Yes I was a 1st time client, Yes I pre-paid as the initial appointment requires, and Yes it was worth it!! I met the owners and really enjoyed my conversation with Sharlinda and Sabrina, I felt like it was a mature pro vibe that is not a part of the price, it is a part of the experience and not many places have that camaraderie. Thank you ladies, I absolutely endorse Tula2 as my new mani/pedi home!! -Star from Detroit xoxo
Can you really be a connoisseur of the fine things in life if your feet aren't frequenting Tu La 2? Nope! Besides being masters of their craft, Sabrina and Sharlinda provide PERFECT-ION. Theyβre services are professional, enjoyable, relaxing, flawless, exceptionally clean & timely!
I absolutely enjoyed the experience! Extremely clean, friendly and peacefully. MASK are required for everyone, temperature check and multiple hand washing. I felt very safe. Will absolutely go back again! ππ½π«β
Maaaaaan! These ladies are so awesome, down to earth and a joy to be around. Some establishments become too lax once they've become familiar with you, but these ladies have been the same since my day 1. I don't talk that much or get into "the know" but every now and then I get caught up in a good convo and will be cracking up! They make you feel right at home! Great establishment. Great prices!
This salon literally sits on a decline. From the dead flowers in front, the stale/ rude receptionist, shoddy booking practices, and the HCIC (Head Crone) "Sharlinda" who fails to listen, and/or offer anything of true value for a potential client. If you are seeking a Black Business to support, ensure the service and worth of your patronage before "buying in". This shop is garbage. Try an upper-scaled Black Owned nail salon instead. :)
